Patient Appointment & Cancellation Policy

At Bellevue Premier Dental, we reserve dedicated time exclusively for your dental care. When an appointment is missed or canceled at the last minute, another patient in urgent need of treatment misses the opportunity to receive care.
1. Notice Requirement

  • We require at least 24 to 48 business hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Business hours exclude weekends and holidays (for example, Monday appointments must be changed by Friday afternoon).  Please note that we are open most Saturdays but not all.

  • You can cancel by calling or texting (425)974-8161, emailing bellevuepremierdental@gmail.com, or using the link in your text/email reminder.

2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Late Cancellation: Canceling inside the notice window without a valid emergency incurs a $85 fee.

  • No-Show: Missing an appointment without calling to notify us incurs a $100 fee.

  • Insurance companies do not cover broken appointment or cancellation fees; they are the patient’s direct responsibility.

3. Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your visit to ensure we stay on time for other patients.

4. Exceptions

  • We understand that severe weather does occur. These are excused by our team on a case-by-case basis.
